Lens 'Base Curve' is a measure of the front curvature of the lens. The higher the number, the greater the curve.

Warranty

Otis offers a LIFETIME warranty against all defects in materials and workmanship. 

Unfortunately, this doesn’t include sitting on a pair and snapping the arms off (noooo) or scratched or broken lenses (even though they are epic and scratch resistant).

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to exchange or replace an item if it is returned within 30 days in unused condition, with the original tags and packaging. Return details will be included on your invoice.

Any faulty items covered under warranty or under the Goods and Services Act will be replaced or refunded.

Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $150.

All orders under $150 will be charged at $10 standard or $15 rural delivery.

For international or bulky items, we reserve the right to refund the order if the shipping cost is above our estimated amount.

All deliveries in New Zealand will be tracked. Delivery is usually within 2 business days.
