Shipping

• ​Free Shipping on orders over $150 within New Zealand. 
• All orders under $150 have a flat $10 delivery charge for standard and $15 for rural delivery. 
• Rest of the world is $40 for standard items. 
• Please contact us for a quote for bulky items, i.e surfboards, bodyboards etc. 
• All NZ deliveries will be tracked. 
• All international deliveries will be sent registered post until otherwise requested. 
• Item will be dispatched usually same business day.

Returns & Exchanges

• ​We are happy to exchange or replace if item is returned within 30 days in unused condition with original tags and packaging. 
• Any faulty items covered under warranty or under the Goods and Services Act we will replace or refund.
