Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to exchange or replace an item if it is returned within 30 days in unused condition, with the original tags and packaging. Return details will be included on your invoice.

Any faulty items covered under warranty or under the Goods and Services Act will be replaced or refunded.

Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $150.

All orders under $150 will be charged at $10 standard or $15 rural delivery.

For international or bulky items, we reserve the right to refund the order if the shipping cost is above our estimated amount.

All deliveries in New Zealand will be tracked. Delivery is usually within 2 business days.
